President & CEO, Eden Autism
Michael Decker is president and CEO of Eden Autism Services, a 45 year-old not-for-profit headquartered in Princeton that serves children and adults with autism with supports including residential, clinical, employment, adult day, and in-home services. The organization also operates a school for students ages 3 through 21.
Prior to joining Eden in December 2017, Michael served as chief operating officer of AHRC New York City providing services in NYC’s five boroughs and CEO of Liberty ARC serving people in Upstate New York, Delaware, and Florida. Over his 30+ year career supporting adults and children with developmental disabilities, he served on many state-wide and national boards.
Michael also served on the board of directors of numerous community-based organizations including serving as president of a YMCA, a public board of education, and a regional economic development corporation. He holds a MBA in Health Care Management from Union Graduate College.
