Bob Bacon

Bob has more than 35 years of experience supporting and serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health challenges, and conduct disorders. He began his career as a Direct Support Professional, followed by program supervisory and management roles and then organizational roles of Chief Program Officer and Chief Operating Officer at AdvoServ, Inc. Since 2018 Bob has served as the Chief Operating Officer of SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., a leading provider of I/DD and Mental Health services in New Jersey. Bob has been developing high quality services and systems, managing personnel, and meeting all regulatory requirements throughout his career, and has a thorough understanding of the challenges and strategies faced in serving youth and adults with cognitive, emotional and/or behavior challenges and the impact of organizational and regulatory systems on the delivery of supports to these individuals.
Bob holds a Master’s Degree in Administration, with a concentration in Health Services, from Central Michigan University and Bachelor’s Degrees in Biology and Psychology from the University of Delaware, where he also minored in chemistry.
