Optimize your Marketing Automation Content with an Effective Call to Action – Lead Liaison

Call for ActionHelp us take action today by using our action tool to urge your Senators to support funding for the Medicaid HCBS program!

  • In November, the U.S. House of Representatives has passed budget reconciliation legislation that, if signed into law, would create an historic $150 billion investment in the Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) program. This funding is critical to ensuring that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) can leverage the services they need to support their health, well-being, and inclusion in the community. The $150 billion included in the House-passed bill is critical for states to begin building a more sustainable HCBS infrastructure that can start to address the direct care workforce crisis.
  • The budget reconciliation legislation must now pass in the U.S. Senate, where negotiations are ongoing over how to drastically scale back the legislative package. Now is the time to contact your Senators and tell them that HCBS funding must be included in the revised legislation.
  • Contact your Senators today and tell them they must support a $150 billion investment in Medicaid HCBS as part of any legislation that moves forward through the budget reconciliation process.
