HCBS Relief Act of 2025 (S. 2076 / H.R. 4029)
Provides a 10-point FMAP increase for home and community-based services in FY 2026–2027, helping states invest in the DSP workforce and improve access to care.

Designates people with I/DD as a Medically Underserved Population, unlocking existing federal resources to expand access to healthcare and reduce disparities.
Ensuring Access to Medicaid Buy-In Programs Act (H.R. 1598)
This bill removes the outdated age cap on Medicaid Buy-In programs, so older adults with disabilities don’t have to choose between working and keeping their care.
