NJACP CEO and Members Testify at DHS Budget Listening Session
NJACP CEO Libby Vinson testified at the virtual Department of Human Services (DHS) Budget Listening Session on December 2, 2025. Several other members testified as well, and we are very grateful. The listening session is held so DHS can hear from stakeholders what they would like to see included in the upcoming budget.
Libby’s testimony focused on the NJACP budget request for a 3% inflationary COLA, but also on the requests to expand the residential community services waiting list and to continue to increase DSP wages. Thank to members for also including this in your comments.
If anyone is not listed below, please email mshea@njacp.org and we will publish in the next newsletter.
